| What are the Auction Rules? |

| Auction Rules are simple and must e adhered to:
Seller Must list full details on this site and must own it. (You can check details at Whois.com).
The Buyer can place a bid on it And Seller and Buyer can then start negotiating the offer. Once both Seller and Buyer have come to an agreement and details have been accepted by both parties you can make arrangements for payment and transferre of the goods. Payments will be made thru JY-Domains.com and are held until the tranferre is completed. The buyer can then activate the release of payment to the seller.

| How is ownership of a domain transferred? |

| We suggest one of two ways. |
- Negotiate all the terms and conditions of Purchase/Sale via the Private Message Board (PMB). Once both parties are in agreement with all aspects of sale th Seller must accept the Buyer's Bid and the Buyer must agree to the purchase.
- The Seller then initiates the purchase with the most secure way for both parties by depositing the funds (amount negotiated with the Seller) into "Safe Transfer". The Seller can then see that the funds will be available to him once re-registration of the domain has been concluded to the satisfaction of both parties. The Buyer can then release the funds to the Seller via his account manager.
In the event a Seller does not complete the transfer within the specified Closing date, the Buyer is then entitiled to a complete refund.

| How do I get my Credit Card Verified? |

| By charging a fee to signup thru the payment gateway that JY-Domains.com uses will automaticly validate a credit card. If an individual uses a fraudulent card to signup the Payment gateway will notify us. |
